Hey everyone, I have been a big fan of this site for some time but have never actually posted on it until now. This is my first official post (not counting the 50 posts I just posted reciting the alphabet in my own misc. thread)
My hamstrings have poor flexibility which I have been working on lately. I can't touch my toes and I don't know if its possible to correctly perform a low bar squat with such limited flexibility. I've watched many many videos including all of the "so you think you can squat" videos which are really helpful but I still think I'm pretty far away from proper form.
Any comments are appreciated.
Cheers

i'm not a go to guy on form, but i'm going to throw something out that i think may be showing up. if you are indeed not very flexible in the hamstrings, they are going to bind up the closer you get to the hole... and if you can't get any more depth by dropping hips, your knees have to shoot forward (which they do). so looks like you need to work on flexibility so you can sit back in the hole more.

Another thing to add--look at yourself at 0:13. It looks like the bar is way in front of your feet, closer to the balls of your feet. Set up to unrack just like you would if you were about to squat.
