You ask how to get stronger, but then say you are getting stronger. You say you are on Starting Strength but then say you are prepared to switch from a bbing routine to a pling routing. I r confused.

Lifts havnt gone up as much as you want? Im sorry you cant have an 1800 total in 3 months. Keep eating/lifting.
Dont do Cube Method, its not a begginner program.
Starting strength is more of a powerlifting program then a bb'ing one anyway.
Keep doing starting strength.
Did I mention eating?My Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149612633

This thread really made me want to physically harm the OP.
BRB
Your bench and squat more than doubled in 5 months (sweet newb gains) and you gained a good amount of weight on your deadlift and you did it @ 135lbs. You should be glad you gained that much considering how small you are.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's
Jan. 2013 - 1184 @ 220's
Jul. 2013 - 1251 @ 220's
Jan. 2014 - 1355 @ 242's

What!? Eat more man! If you want big muscles while staying light then go into bodybuilding. At 5'7 you should be around 150-160lbs for powerlifting. Deloading means dropping the weight around 10% and working your way back up. This is how you're supposed to get past your plateau. Chances are though it's because you don't eat much.
