i dont remember exactly but they were something like 275x3 on squat 315x3 on deadlift and like 255 for 1 on bench. i weighed like in the 140's then.my lifts peaked at 405x3 squat 405x5 deadlift and 315x1 bench. in six week if everything goes as planned and you only go up a 2.5 on each side you could add 25 lbs to a lift in 6 weeks.

yea somewhat. this is my template and example
Monday volume day
Squat 335 5x5 then add 2.5 next monday
bench 245 5x5 then add 2.5 next monday
deadlift 355x5 no belt and add 2.5 or 5 depending on how im feeling that week
BB curl 3x6-12
Crunches on decline bench 3 sets
neck exercise 3 sets
Wed recovery
Squat 270 2x5 add 2.5 next time
Military press 125 3x5 standing add 2.5 next time
Back extension 3 sets real explosive
Pullups 5xfailure
Heavy hammer curl 3 sets
Friday PR day
Squat 370x5 add 2.5 next week
Bench 295x1 add 2.5 next week
Powerclean 155 5x3 with 60 sec rest
Heavy bb curl 100 3x5 add 2.5 each week
Rear delt flies 3 sets high reps
Crunches on decline 3 sets
if i stall on friday or monday i will go to 5x3 instead of 5x5 and friday will eventually go into 1x3 on squat.if i stall on bench friday i will drop 5 and do a double and work with that weight the next week for a triple. deadlift depends on how i am feeling but i do them no belt no raps just me and the bar after the rest of my volume work.If deadlifts get yucky with the boys i will move to 1x3 instead since i prefer 3's.
