    Body fat and competition prep..

    Just wondering what roughly my body fat percentage is atm.. I've never cut I've always been bulking for like the last year and a half. I've got my first ever fitness model competion in mid may. How much longer do you think I should keep bulking ? And how long should I cut for in preperation for it? Thanks guys..

    About 10% give or take. I don't know what weight/bf% you want to be in may, which makes it hard to suggest when you should start cutting. My guess would be bulk until march and give yourself 8 weeks to cut.

    Agreed. I started cutting earlier but that is becuase I was at 15% bf. So being as low as you are now, 8-12 weeks should be plenty of time. Also remember in the end, it isn't how low you get, it is how you look over all.

    Thanks guys. Yeh I don't wana spend ages and get really low I'd rather be like 8-9% and be a bit bigger than really cut and smaller..

    i just tried the sample pack of fruit punch its not bad at all. however, i bought the white raspberry now you guys made me regret not getting the watermelon as watermelons are my favorite fruit too...
