Your first rep is very good IMO. But, look at your second rep. You're almost parallel to the groudn at the start, and your butt is way high. By the time to get the 4th rep, you're not even deloading the weight between each rep.
Try thinking of it as 5 (or 6, or 8, or whatever) singles instead of a set of 5 reps.PRs - Sq / B / D / Total
