    How can I pop?

    So I have a very defined six pack when i flex, but just a pretty flat stomach when Im not. How do you make your six pack always show? Also you can only see it very defined in certain lights. Is there anyway to help make it make defined like getting a tan or something? Thanks

    Lower bodyfat = Proper diet.

    And yeah work your abs, situps, leg raises, etc etc..

    But IMO, you should be bulking for some months then you should be worrying about lowering you bodyfat.

    You would have to lower your bodyfat a little more to see your abs. I wouldnt do that if I were you though since you're already skinny as it is. I think you should bulk for a while and then cut if you want to actually have abs that "pop".
