I'm a virgin by choice. I'm only having sex after marriage, and even then just for procreation.
My gf on the other hand, doesn't want to wait. So I let her have sex with other guys to fulfill her physical needs (and holes) because NO WAY am I going to be doing any of that groce stuff. I'm such an alpha male, I dont care if my gf is sucking other dude's off on the daily.

I agree with you, Lep. "Pleasure," LOL. Full orgasms in men are completely unnecessary. Men need to control their urges to grab their diks and jerk off whenever they feel like. That's why I begged my girlfriend to lock me in a chastity cage. I'm happier than ever serving her every need while learning the self control that I so desperately needed. If we decide to have kids someday she'll simply place a small bathroom cup underneath my penis to catch the semen when she finishes milking my prostate, which we only do for health purposes.

All of these sources are reporting the same earnings, if the 10th most subbed channel on youtube is making 100 000K a year I'm sure the hodge twins aren't making close to that.

Even at 100k, with no benefits included and paying the employer's share of the 7.65% social security taxes, it isn't a lot of money.
Keep your day jobs. Just like you won't make the NBA if you're just a decent basketball player, you won't support yourself making YouTube videos - unless you're in the top fraction of a percent. Not even famous enough to be on amiannoying.com
What about the most viewed fitness youtube page, the hodgetwins?

In all srsness I was thinking about doing a few cooking videos, covering meals in high/low calorie, cheap, quick/easy categories. I've had loads of PMs and comments about the dishes I post in MEN. And the friends/family I've showed IRL of what I thought were pretty average meals were really impressed when they found out I'm not following a recipe and just whipping up crap out of random food to meet my macros. Pretty surprising to learn the amount of people that don't know how to cook a simple meal without following a recipe/using a commercial recipe base and just thinking for themselves.
From the very little amount of fitness-cooking videos I've watch on YT, I haven't noticed any that actually gives a macro or calorie breakdown. Rather just "healthy/clean bulking meal" and a bunch of hand waving. Maybe I could stand out a bit by providing macros and such in my videos.fluglotse

I don't think anyone is saying not to make videos if you want to, but what they are saying is it isn't a viable career. I think the numbers being thrown around are probably inflated(and that is still for a very small portion of youtube people) and there is no job security or guarantee. What if people get sick of watching? What if they come out with a super awesome new video uploading site? Oh and don't turn into a douchebag.

All depends where you live. Over here 100k a year would make you part of the high-society, lol. You'd be vastly richer than the vast majority of people in the country. Heck, making 10k a year would be enough to support myself very nicely to never have to work again, lol. Too bad youtube doesn't allow monetizing over here. - though I'm sure I could beat the system with a US buddy or something helping me circumvent the issue.
At the very least - making vids is easy and doesn't take much time. If you spend a lot of time on the internet anyway, modest advertising shouldn't be much of a chore either. It's a good way to earn to free spending cash while having fun with your hobby.Owner of:

No hate, whatever works for them. But I agree with LisaV, it won't last long. Something bigger and better always comes along. Especially in the fitness world you can only make so many videos on the same subjects over and over until people get bored. Especially when there's 20 channels regurgitating the same crap. At least the twins have another channel posting funny stuff and not just nutrition and exercise.
