Do you think I should just stop?

Since roughly December 20, 2013, I've had a lil pain in my left elbow when I move any kind of weight that's heavy. Not very heavy. Like 25 pounds or more. I think I SLIGHTLY have Tennis Elbow, because it doesn't hurt that much. I've been looking at ways to help heal it, and one of the things suggested is to stay off it for a while.

Do you think I should stop working out entirely, until it heals, or could I possibly continue to workout, but with much lighter weights? I normally can't push a lot of weight doing Arnold Press or Laterals. I could use light weights to do 21s.

What do you think? NOT working out is killing me lol. I can't stand it!
"Lift light, until you can lift right!" Leave your ego out of it!
Don't compare yourself to others. You're your own person.
Lift, eat, then sleep. Rinse & Repeat.

I'd see a dr or physical therapist.
Taking time off is tough, but very good in the long run. You could keep pushing yourself as your lifts get worse and worse and then healing will take forever. Or you could take a little time off and heal fairly quickly, then start lifting ehavy weights again before you know it.

I have a bit of golfer's elbow that acts up in both elbows with certain movements. I don't do chinups/pullups because it really makes it bad, but I can do various types of rows without too much problem, it causes it to act up a bit, but it doesn't get worse over time like it was with chinups/pullups. With curls I'd use db's and start with neutral grip and rotate to supinated grip toward the top, this takes most of the stress off the elbows. In short, don't do supinated grip for anything, not on your rows, and definitely not on your curls. You can also ice if after workouts and even on off days, that can help.

In short, hell no, don't just stop! haha
