Was going to say this. What in the actual fck do you have to eat to only reach 1000mg potassium and less than 100 percent vit c and iron at 5500 cal? A 50 calorie orange has over 100% vitamin c.

But I guess my maintenance to be easily 4k+. I eat around 4-7k a day and don't really gain too much weight. Maybe 2lbs a month
