Your doing so well already, keep it up!. Try the new programme, just be careful with it. Sure you'll be absolutly fine though. Good luck with everything. I'm sure you'll look ace in 6 months.

Training is sporadic at best, more like working out when I get a chance. Fortunately I can still get in about 6 days a week (even if 2 of those are just walking!). My oldest is in preschool now so I get 3x a week break and just have to work around the youngest. A lot of yoga and bodyweight work for now, mainly to close the abdominal separation.
