Hey, I spent an entire 3-4 weeks away from the gym *started 6 weeks ago * and began working out again 2 weeks ago. On that time off I was working on my own program, and it works great so far, I've never in my life had so much burn in my body, but I realized one thing. Since my time away from the gym, first week of training I realized my arms were fully pumped, like even if I dint flex they were rock hard, but they did not feel sore the next day, so the next day after that I trained them again, not feeling sore again, I re-trained 2 days after, and no soreness. So this entire week I followed my program, but also trained biceps and triceps morning before school, then later in the afternoon, for 3 times in a week. My arms have gotten massively bigger, but they are NEVER sore and I do not feel ANY pain what so ever. My next appointment with my family doctor is in quiet a bit and she's very very busy, so I decided to make this post.
Should I be worried for anything at all? I've never had this happen before, usually my arms would be sore for an entire week, but since I started again they are never sore and are getting bigger fast, just this week I noticed I can actually see EVERY vein in my biceps, some on my triceps, and all over my forearms. I rarely saw anything before.
I do not take anything like steroids or anything illegal. I only take creatine, myofusion protein, and N.O. Plasmacore pre-workout, and CytoGreen.

Must be on dat dere Cell-tech ha. Even if you don't feel pain, take rest days for your arms. I used to be able to work my arms out every day, 5 days a week, all other lifts would suffer a little though and finally your arms will plateau because your muscle builds during rest.
-110lb x6 DB Bench Press
-455lb x1 Deadlift
-300lb x8 Squat
-160lb x2 EZ Bar Curl
Never tried maxing on anything but deadlift, plan to in a few weeks however.

Probably not yet. You may want to start resting more though. You are probably just shocking them into hypertrophy after your break.
I would rest 48-72 hours before hitting the same muscle group, whether sore or not.
But then again, I have 14 inch arms so why listen to me? Lol, I think I had too little volume in my biceps exercises.<--- Screams various Ronnie Coleman quotes while curling 15 pound DBs
