One thing that really bugs me is when a noob joins the gym and he walks around with stomach pulled in as if nobody can tell. Its so obvious he is pulling his stomach in. Anyone with a flat stomach would have very low fat around his arms, and face. These noobs with stomach pulled in completely have chubby faces and fatceps. They think we dont know.

Someone mentioned this on here the other day, and I have started noticing it more often. People grab some dumbbells off of the rack and begin curling immediately without even taking a step away, blocking the rack for anyone else trying to get/re-rack their weights. Almost always, it's someone who just started and doesn't know any better but still, how could you not think to yourself "Maybe someone else also wants to use dumbbells in their workout, and I should GTFOutta people's way."

People who have 2 inch rom and give their spotters more of a work out than them. So much of that going on in my gym it's crazy.
brb 150lb guys benching 225lb+ just to massage their egos
brb regardless of what exercise they do, check abs in the mirror everytime, pouting in the process.
Bench press :135kg/300lbs
Squat: 160kg/350lbs
Deadlift: 220kg/485lbs

yesterday there were these groups of bishes jumping around with their whiteknights all over the fukking adjustable chairs/dumbells. screaming hugging/ and all this gay sh*t. bumped into me when i was squating 315lb after a backday. dropped the weight and told them to fukk off. srs, almost had a fukking muscle spasm and fukked up a nerve in my back. they got kicked out by the manager.

nothing really bothers me anymore because its none of my business
i only care when people do stupid **** that can hurt other people
ie dood who hops over a bench back and forth back and forth....lol just waiting for him to get his legs caught on the bench
doing weight way too heavy for yourself and asking your spotter to "spot." so instead of being the cause of your own injury you want to drag someone down with youi rep back
