does everyone have different lifts they are mechanically better at or something?
I started out @
Squat 95lbs for 8 reps then I puked
Bench 60lbs for 8 reps
Press 60lbs for 5 reps
Deadlift 225lbs for 5 reps (wtf?)
my bests so far (when on bulk):
Squat 235lbs 3x5
Bench 170lbs 3x5
Press 100lbs 3x5
Dead 365lbs 1x5
I have worked my deadlift far less than all other lifts. Very inconsistent with it but I'm changing that.
Nice squat bro keep it up. You on SS OP? Would rep you but I'm on rc

Doing mike matthews BLS. Working well so far. The issue eith my dl is my grip is starting to fail now at this weight. Though thats a great dl you have I couldnt do that at all right now. Wish I could mil press but it just tears my shoulders up even at 85lb..

Gotta get some chalk man. Supposedly your grip strength could be something like 100lbs behind what you are capable of pulling.
I'm doing DL hook grip only now. Don't want a bicep tear from alternating.

How about you try an actual strength program out while eating at a surplus instead of your 5 day brosplit. You will surely see similar gains. I'll never go back to a split.

Thanks man. Yeah I squat parallel. Should probably go below parallel though.
I had extreme hip flexibility issues when I first started. It's very hard to increase depth for me and I have to drop 20lbs or so off my squat every time my depth increases. I'd suggest you start working your mobility every day (after you lift on those days)

Good call thanks man. Yeah it used to tweak my back abbit but that has improved. I should do hip exercises though as well as rc exercises. If I could get my arms and grip where my legs are ill be good. Figures people judge arms before legs on the outside lol.

Do you have long arms? I have the same issue where my DL is alot more than my presses. Someone at the gym said the people with shorter arms find presses easier.

Check this video out. Just bought one of the bands he uses. I did it without bands last night and it felt good as hell. Could actually slowly feel my squat opening.
Achieving 3rd world squat positioning naturally is actually my new years resolution...srs lol

Long legs, Long arms. My arms are like 2+ inches longer than my friend who is the same height.
Benching and Military press are hard as phuck for me. Squat depth is an issue for me with long legs.
