I pulled 325x5 double overhand on a deficit after not deadlifting for nearly a month. Also, I've been focusing on my lordotic arch to improve some form issues I've had. Needless to say, I have a bit of DOMs and tightness in the muscles in that area on my back. Nothing major, no pain, it just doesn't feel anywhere close to 100%.
Today I would normally do...
So should I take the day off and let back recover, should i go lift 100%, or should I just reduce the work load on lifts that will have an effect on my back?
