I'm prescribed it and I'm thinking of taking it before I go to the gym in the mornings. I know its a thermogenic, but would it help with working out? I feel like it would either be very good or very bad for working out
Anyone ever taken it before working out?

My Ex was prescribed 30mg X.R. and I considered it, but never did.

I took Adderal one time at this club. Didn't feel anything until I got home. Then got this amazing urge to go out and do something. I must have talked to the gas station attendant for about 20 minutes about absolutely nothing. Anyways, I ended up going to the gym. Was having a really good workout until I suddenly crashed. Ended up throwing up in the locker room. I don't know whether to attribute that to the Adderal or the alcohol, though.
