    Severe muscle pain?

    I don't care if people call me a b*tch or whatever, but for the past few days I've been experiencing chronic muscular pain after a workout and I've never experienced this before.

    I can barely walk and I've only slept a handful of hours the past few days because my body hurts too much to fall asleep. Even lying down hurts and getting up from the lying down position is a certified b*tch.

    I have to start a new job after tomorrow so I can't get any bed rest either. Does anyone else know what's going on with my body? I'm in good shape and have been powerlifting consistently for almost 2 years now.

    where is the pain?

    Sitting around is generally not best imo, moving and getting some blood flow into the muscle helps a lot.

    If the pain persists at the same level after a week you should get it checked out
