Hey everyone, I enrolled in the 12-Week Challenge. I'm keeping my workout and diet in check. However, I'm feeling a little discouraged. If anyone can take a look at my before pics on my bodyspace and let me know if its possible to get a good physique from it. I'm pretty excited in those pictures cause I felt like I can see results. I don't know. Honest opinions please. I'm going for the lean aspect of the challenge. I don't know if it's possible in the next 8 weeks.
Thanks in advance.

progress is looking good. you cant expect to see visible results straight away, yeah you can make improvements in 12 weeks but you need long term aims and aspiration of what you want to be like. you need different levels of goal so like a month goal an anual goal and a 5 year goal. these long term goals are what keeps you motivated in making the short term ones a reality.
on another note dont rely on encouragement from othere, cos at times people will say things like thats 'impossible' or 'neva gunna happen' and you just cannot listen to people like that. you need to have the attitude that your going to try your best regardless of weather other people think ul make it or not. keep at the program and wait till the end then compare your before and after pics and ul be surprised.
keep at it bro good luckend of 2013
squat 205/452
bench 142.5/314
deadlift 250/552
2014 goals
squat 217.5/480
bench 155/340
deadlift 262.5/580

Dont give up my dude, you are making good progress. 12 weeks is really the blink of an eye in this fitness world. It's a marathon not a sprint, you must fall in love with the process of change, no matter how slow it feels. Errah is absolutely right about staying positive. A positive mental attitude can generate incredible inertia towards your goals. Never doubt yourself, tell yourself every day that you WILL succeed. Write it down and stick it somewhere where you see it constantly. The results are much different when you EXPECT to succeed, not hope. Also remember there is no such thing as failure, it's just feedback to prepare you for your next endeavor. The only real failure is giving up.
