i disagree, if u go watch local amature boxing u will see my point, obviously if u compare me top pros on tv then yea they are faster.

I don't know how's the level in amateur boxing at ur place. But in my city boxers around 130-140 are way faster than you .

I hate that bag, it sways to much for me. Also the one in my boxing gym is very light so a normal jab is enough to send it flying. It is good for slipping and dodging though, need dat footwork. Best bag i like is that body bag behind you (which we have in the gym i go to as well), bodyshots, combo shots, i go all out on it.

Keep up the hard work brah, ignore the weights for a while and work on your speed though, or at least bulk up/ cut down for your fights

Thanks man, im actually in my 3rd year of a strength and conditioning degree, i weight train and do plyos, power exercises.

Yeah my coach says my footwork is ****. No matter how much skipping i do, i'm not that good with it. Are you in the UK? Some of the bags in your gym look similar to the ones we got. Also, can you put a vid of you using the speedbag? I can't do it but only for a short time.

yea i was sayin to freind the other day i wouldnt wana punch someone with no wraps or gloves cos id be scared to damage my hands.
