I have those bowflex 552 dumbbells and one of the plastics that holds the disc broke i searched up on ebay but i only found them selling the handle and its 60 -120 bucks does anyone kno were i can buy just that plastic part the ones that hold the discs when u pic them up. Pls help dads gonna kill me

Honestly, I always thought the adjustable bowflex DB's were cheaply built. I think bowflex is garbage in general. That's just me though. Maybe now your dad can stop trying to be cheap and get a legit dumbell set.

Just fess up and be honest with your dad. Tell him you made a mistake and you will work it off to pay him back some how. If he over reacts then he's a douche bag and that's on him, but at least you were the better man. Never try to cover something up. Especially when it's something you broke that belongs to someone else. You will just make things worse by trying to hide it.
