    OK, So I need a online coach to help me with nutrition and training, can anyone steer me in the right direction.

    You can go to the nutrition section and powerlifting/strongman section and read the stickies. You will learn a lot of great info without having to spend money for an online coach.

    Like Arian said, there is a lot of useful information on this website. However, I know it sometimes helps to have someone in the background confirming that you're heading in the right direction. Are your goals sports specific such as bodybuilding or power lifting? Or are you speaking strictly for guidance on basic nutrition and training to get in shape and be healthier? I've worked with Layne Norton of Scivation and currently I'm working with Jason Powell of Optimum Nutrition, both are top notch coaches but I've got very specific goals.
