This was a hard plateau for me to break, but I finally mastered it. Also my strength gains are back to progressing again. Just please keep in mind I'm bulking till March; I have acquired a bit of a gut.

I took a couple pisses and weighed my self just now and I'm 146. This is normal for me around bed time. In the morning I'm guessing around 140-142. Usually around 11-12am i will be back up to 250. My guess is I have too much sodium in my diet. Also I get the water from all the shakes and cofee I drink. In the morning I drink about 8 cups worth of my home made gainer shake, and about 4-6 cups of cofee. Then I go to work and have a protein shake about every two hours which is 4 cups of water per shake. I will weigh in tomorow morning and report back.

Unfortunately a lot of forums are like this on the internet, people are behind a monitor so they spew out insults because they know there isn't any real consequences. It's a shame, but you are doing fine bro, if you don't want to deal with trolls then finish your bulk as you planned and get in a nice cut so you can come back with vengeance.

Need to cut, try to maintain 15% BF during your bulk phase. You will most likely lose strength gains, but keep up the high weight, and incorporate exercises with low weight and high rep as well.

If your goal is to have 18" arms, then you've achieved it. If you want to 18" arms that actually look the goods, then you'll be up for a few more cut/bulk cycles yet.
If you're concerned about the size of your arms for aesthetic reasons (which seems to be the case) and you're happy, who gives a **** about what anyone else thinks...BUT if you do care about what other people think, then most people will probably just think fatcep because there's no definition/muscle separation etc at your current BF %.
If you continue to bulk, the risk is you continue adding more fat around the waist, so I'd say cut now.

No, m8. Not to be mean, but it's not water.
You've got a lot of fat on ya. There are rolls on your boobs. And that belly is hanging.
That's more than just water, and you need to realize it.
That being said, I don't think you'll loose all that much on your arms as you lean out... but that belly and boobies have go to go.I don't lift weights, I flex under duress.
