Do you feel exhausted the next day and realy strugle to complete your daily tasks? Do you feel like you just want to sleep and are aching?

If no then its not overtraining.

A bit of a vague workout description too

If your lifts are going up steadily, no.
If your lifts are stalling and you're always tired and want to punch your mom in the face, yes.

Overtraining is not an answer we can give you. Its up to you and how your body feels and if you are progressively making gains in weight.

I like your split btw, but your back is the biggest muscle(s) you got and should get a 2nd day if everything else is.

need to explain a lot more to get an answer... you could be doing 1 set of 1 exercise for each body party and eating perfectly and sleeping for 15 hours daily for all we know. if your doing a ridiculous amount of volume, not eating or sleeping, and feel like crap all the time... then i'd say you might be on to something

its your body! if you don't feel fatigued and still hitting it hard every session. why not?

personally, i benefit more from taking off days. i'm still in the gym 7 days a week..but off days I do cardio/abs/calves

Thanks guys with this schedule I still feel like I have a good amount of energy left in the tank. I get my 8 hrs of sleep and started eating a lot better, n the reason why I dont do back twice a week is because back is my strong point right now and my weak point is legs which is progressing
really good right now. overall I have been seeing some really good results
