One question though: how does a serving add up to 130 calories like the label states?

23 x 4 = 92 calories from protein
1.5 x 4 = 6 calories from carbs
0 x 9 = 0 calories from fat

Love to try... Why? Simple. I have never tried egg protein unless it was in a blend I was using and I'd love to see how it can fill my protein needs (from a taste, convenience, texture perspective).

I want to try MRM's egg white protein powder because i've been on Gold Standard Whey for a while now and it would be nice to mix things up! I hear Egg protein powders are fast absorbing and is considered a perfect source for protein because of it's complete makeup of essential amino acids, branch chain amino acids, and glutamic acid.
