So I need to know how much protein I'm taking in each day, so how much protein in each of these chicken parts and the total of all. thanks

You expect us to give you an answer based on a picture??? notsureifsrs.
Best bet is to figure out the macros for each part of a chicken using websites like calorieking/myfitnesspal/caloriecounter etc etc.... and figure it out yourself using a food scale.★★★ I was part of Ultra 2013 Thread Crew ★★★

Honestly man if you cant go buy a food scale.. eat as you please because without a scale how do you no that your lacking macros or exceeding them. There not expensive, id save up buy one and then you can start to go onto myfitnesspal.com. From there you can add your food intake and weight and then be able to get the correct amount of macros for what you are trying to do (bulk maintain cut) cheers man and good luck!!
