The first were bad enough. Everything is in place. I'm not saying what comes next. I don't know.

I remember other times when there was a mass shooting and the usual calls for gun control echoed across congress and the media. This feels very different. They are going for broke.

There's nothing to be done now. The next major crisis, which will allow authoritarian rule to finally come to the fore, is being 'manufactured' as we write. The Arrowhead Region of Minnesota and northern Idaho will be the only places in the lower 48 where the power of the elites won't be absolute.

This is what more people need to realize. They have been, and will continue to encroach on our rights little by little until there is nothing left. The Patriot Act, NDAA, shredding of the Bill of Rights, assassination of US citizens etc. And now more gun control.

Imagine if all of that had been done in one big sweeping legislation. Do you think it would have passed, or would the people be up in arms about such an exponential growth of government power and stripping of our constitutional rights? And yet they pass these things one by one over a couple decades, and no one gives a chit. You are just a conspiracy loon if you speak against them because no one wants to put the pieces together.

-Obama's proposal is not an all out gun ban(yet) and hasn't gone through yet.

Unfortunate news:

-It seem a majority of the country's civilians are starting to support AWB(ignorance is bliss).
-Obama's AWB could take shape and eventually lead to a ban on the sales of ammo and sales of new firearms down the road.

Good news:

-I just don't see an all out ban on all guns, ever in the U.S., logistically impossible to pick up nearly 300,000,000 unregistered guns by force across the country.

under this new legislation being passed it will ban the sale of guns. but here is the key, it lets people keep their guns, but the guns are not transferable after the owner dies. it goes to the government, and since they have to be registered with the atf im sure they will need to know everything they need.
