I Bought some concret creatine capsule and I weigh 180 should I take 1 or 2 capsules and for the serious mass do I really have to blend it or can I just stir it like whey protein.

If I were you, I'd fix my diet/workout routine, and wouldn't take any supplements until I am 18, but since your gonna take them anyway, I would take 2 caps, and yes your gonna need to blend that lol.
