Why aren't Christians killing gays?

So why don't these Christians man up and start really obeying the orders of the Bible?

Who is we? ... I have met many different Christians who fallow many different things. There are strictly OT people out there, even Christians that deny the Holocaust.

1) The Death Penalty is a punishment for breaking a law, not a law itself. The morals God sets forth in the Bible never change, but the government God setup for Israel was for Israel. America is not Israel, and thus the governmental policies of Israel do not apply to us. That isn't to say there aren't a lot of good principles behind the governmental policies God gave Israel, but we're not bound to copy them word for word.

2) The stoning of homosexuals was not a leisure activity, it was a civil issue. Israel had courts, trials, judges, witnesses, etc. Even if homosexuality carried a death penalty today, it isn't an individual Christian's responsibility to stone homosexual any more than it is their responsibility to pull over someone for speeding.

3) You seem to be assuming that God's\Christian motivation for not giving public recognition to homosexuals is because we hate them. The reason God forbids homosexuality is because of the negative impact homosexual behavior has on human health and human society. God has blessed this nation with wealth and thus we have the ability to offer people rehabilitation from things like drug use and homosexuality instead of just killing them. You can debate the health effects of homosexual behavior if you like, but going around implying that Christians hate homosexual just makes you look like an idiot. That's why liberal news and talk radio have such poor ratings, they do nothing but claim people who disagree with them are motivated by hate and rarely ever try to have a civil conversation.

Do you think she is gay, or is she chosing to be gay? The christians I seem to meet seem to think that homosexuality is a choice. The retardation of that never seizes to amaze me. Are they telling me they have the urge to have a cock rammed up their ass but don't because it's the wrong choice in God's eyes?
