    Diet Check

    I am following a CKD of 2400 cals 165 Grams Protein, 25 Grams Crabs, 180 Grams of fat.

    I am 5'11 182 roughly 18-20% Body fat, my goal now is to cut to sub 15%, if anyone could help me out and tell me if this diet will get me there or if a TKD would be better so i could build some muscle on the way would be greatly appreciated. Also at my weight and BF% how often would you suggest a carb up? 7 days?10 days? Im unsure or is it just go with how you feel?

    What really matters is that in the end of the day, if you want to cut to sub 15%, just eat at a caloric deficit. You already exceed the minimum requirements for protein and fat for optimal muscle retention, but you don't really need to dump the carbs so low.

    Like I said, in the end of the day, if you eat at a caloric deficit, you will be losing weight.

    let him try the diet.

    i think everyone should try these diets to find their "preference" on dieting.
    6 meals, 3 meals, 1 meal, keto, non keto, macro cycling, carb cycling, palumbo diet, etc.

    just dont come in here saying "MY DIET IS BETTER THAN YOURS!"

    not saying that OP IS =D
