Hi, I'm almost 17 and I'm interested in building muscle, speed etc for basketball. I recently started going gym (1 month ago) and I just do a general workout routine for building muscle. I wanted to know though if there is a good Workout routine I could do that is specific for basketball players which would benefit me for the sport. eg. jump, speed and strength. I am 1.94m and I am kinda skinny. (80kgs) I would like to become bigger for my basketball performance and also for looks. If someone could link me or even write a workout routine for me I would be very grateful. I have access to gym 7 days a week but i would prefer going no more than 5 times. Thanks
