For squats you are allowing your lower back to relax when you hit the bottom of your squat and your hips start "tucking" under. Keep your lower back tight and keep your abs tight as well. The back should not move at all during the squat... its only purpose is to connect the hips to the bar and serve as a lever arm.

Ha i noticed on my squat video that my squat looks parallel. i feel like i go deeper. lol.
I will def try and not bend my knees early and wait till it hits my knees first.
On the leaning forward I tend 2 do that a lot. never really feel like I've come close 2 falling. i try and lift my toes in my shoes 2 remind me to stay back.
