Does anyone have input on cheap, decent, unlocked smart phones for T-Mobile?
It's for my wife who mainly she uses her iPad while home.
If the nexus 4 was on newegg I'd get that because I gave a $100 gift card. And I want to spend around $200 or less.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ★cVc★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Anything and everything has been, is, or could potentially be a political issue. All it takes is some people with a loud enough voice...or wallet...or connections...and the government will use men with guns to force you to do what those people want.
Sure, they might play nice at first and just use $ to force you, but eventually, if you don't play along, it's time for the men with guns to come tell you what you are going to do.

I would only get a hybrid new and when the cost savings outweighs the sticker price.
Saving gas is nice but my main motivation would be top save $.
My frigging Lincoln aviator gets like 13 mpg city though, lol
It's nice to drive up to the mountains to ski though, even though it's an '03.
Was not a good purchase used though. I'd get a used Forrester if I could do over.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ★cVc★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Noted. It should also be understood that the earth is still 1-2 degrees C on average lower than it's average temperature for the past 4 billion years. Large sections of barely hospitable land in north america and the soviet asia becoming "fertile farm" land means another population explosion. As we currently lack the energy resources to supply most of the world's population, this is a bad thing in the eyes of the people governing us.

Funny story:
I was working at a hospital in my early 20's and had to get a yearly exam because I worked with Ethylene oxide. We had to get a physical and then get some pulmonary tests done.
So after I got the physical, I asked one of the girls I worked with "hey, when did they add the breast exam to the physical?"
She says, "they don't do a breast exam."
I was not happy about that one bit.

Some of the car dealers in town will put the hybrid stickers on large SUVs so people don't get crap about driving them.

People in general are terrible at self-regulating. They don't want to be told what to do, but they also don't want to take the initiative to be responsible citizens on their own. Everyone wanting a purely libertarian society needs to realize that it takes an amount of personal responsibility that most people aren't interested in assuming.
That's why I can never fully align myself with Libertarian thought: it sounds nice, but unfortunately runs counter to basic human nature.
