6-7 days? Using a circle-head razor in that situation is about on par with using any blade that isn't 0-2 sessions fresh. As far as the mole is concerned (on the neck, even), I would shave around it until the mole heals as much as it can, and probably use the circle-head. Not putting any pressure on it, but just listening for the chopping sound.

I tackle it with two phases. First is the groomer that can take down longer growth, second is the fine/close shave with the electric razor.

Use up next. It's like a playlist that you make on the fly with whatever you want, and songs are cleared from it as they are played. It's really great for just adding stuff as you feel like listening to it, but it also will do what you want in this case.

Right click any song and choose "add to up next", or hold down the shift key and click the plus icon that appears next to a song. This will add it to up next.

Click the up next icon, which looks like three horizontal lines on the right in the LCD panel thingy at the top middle of the iTunes window, then double click the song to start playing it. If there is nothing else in up next when the song ends, iTunes will stop and up next will clear.
