Why would you take a bath over a shower? You are basically bathing in your own filth.

You've correctly gauged the size of your feet.

The Taint conversation brought me some lulz just now, but I still haven't had coffee yet.

I've run out of things to say but I'm just going to put this here for the quadrifecta.

I have "brings the laughs" in my skill set.
With references to the Bodyspaces of darinaldi, mjw, and TAAB.
So far every job I've applied to has called me back.
To say "no", but they called me back.

Did you warm up properly? How was your form? Trying to progress too quickly?
I've been throwing weights around for over 10 years now and have never had an injury keep me out of the gym. Has to be more than luck involved.
I see a lot of guys in the gym come in, grab a weight that is around 80% of their max and do their first set. Then you see them clutching at their shoulder or stop coming to the gym altogether. My approach from the start is to be doing this for a long time, not just a few years. I'm pretty sure I do more warmup sets than most people and I never go for big jumps in weight week to week. Even when I move on to another exercise for the same muscle group I'll still do a couple of warmup sets.

Coffee, ranting, and military tactics?
Considering my caffeine addiction, my time on here and my Civ 5 prowess, I should be able to list all three of them on my resume.-

When I hurt it, I did not warm up properly. I was doing hack squats, and warmed up with 90x10, 180x10, then jumped to 270x10 for 3 sets. I should've thrown in at least one 230x5 as well. I know better. I tweaked something in my lower back, and it felt ok today, until I picked up the dumbbells off of the ground, and it stretched it a bit. It's not shooting pain, which seems good, it's just radiating, like I just did 1000 hypers.
I am usually pretty good about warm up sets, but the one day I wasn't, I paid for it. Lesson learned. The weird thing is, bending over doesn't bother it as much as sitting down does.I remove my shirt to poop crew

Public Policy Polling says that KFC beat Chick-Fil-A 33-32 in a national survey.

Edit:
"On our food poll we found that Republicans have a negative opinion of vegans...not sure what vegans ever did to them..."
"Republicans consider Olive Garden to be a 'quality source of authentic ethnic food,' Democrats do not"
Scrumptious.
Edit #2: "Only 21% of Americans consider themselves to be obese"
Real number is in the mid 30 percent for both men and women.

Whenever I've tweaked something it's almost always been when I skipped a couple of warmup sets or certain muscles felt a bit tight but I trained them anyway. Glad you're aware of it.
The weird thing is, bending over doesn't bother it as much as sitting down does.
I wonder if it's the sacroiliac joint.

Moving around, stretching it seems to make it loosen up. Sitting for extended periods of time, then getting up is what's the worst. I'm just going to keep stretching it out, and possibly even skip the gym tomorrow. I hate skipping sessions, but I dont' want to make it worse.
