That's the right attitude. Most of those great cars end up in the garage of some rich old fart who refuses to drive them.

Newest episode of Justified is good for the story. But as a stand alone show/episode, it seems sloppy. As if it should've been a 60 minute episode but had to get cut down to fit the time slot. A couple parts seem like a scene was missed, some other things seem almost random/forced to establish the side story. Not the best episode this season, but definitely still enjoyable.

Just saw it. I think it was a great episode. You overanalyze stuff, which is of course totally understandable when you're retardedly in love with something, in this case this tv show. We all do it.

ADF is alternate day fasting. So 1 off 1 on, but there's also 2:5 which is 2 days fasting per week, then basic IF is what you mentioned. There's various different methods, none of which are for me. Tried IF briefly, I didn't like it at all. IF also doesn't have many good studies done except in rats.

Keto on the other hand, well studied, and seems like it was made for me!
