The only place here you have to bag your groceries and pay for bags is Aldi. Feels like communism. There's no music, nobody talks, and there are a lot of weird looking dudes with mullets. Wasn't aware the grocery shopping experience in Canada was like that.

Really? I did not know this. We have to purchase beer at a Beer Store, and liquor at a Liquor Store in Ontario. We can buy beer at the liquor store as well. The selection of beer is very limited. Which is why I usually have to get my Dad to pick different stuff up while visiting the US. We do have some good Canadian brewed beers, too. Most of them being regional, which sucks.

So, I signed up for a free consult with a dietician through work. Since it's scheduled for Wednesday, they sent me some stuff today to review prior.

On their "tip sheet" amongst things like "eat more vegetables!" there's a section on protein for which it says: "Daily Goal: 6 oz of protein or less"
