Rules wise, the only line in the sand is posting personal information, like someone's address, phone number, where they work, etc.

Photos that are freely available on Google don't fall into this category and for the record your photo shows up on the first page of results. Highlight name, search Google, presto.

Simple guidelines for anyone who'd prefer to remain 'anonymous': use a different username when you sign up to a site with 5 million members or don't post personal information anywhere.

Anyone posting personal details like full name, address, phone number, work details, SSN, etc., then it would be a clear-cut privacy violation and they will be banned. But a mug shot from another training forum? Not in the same ballpark.

Personally I'd say it falls under the category of "obviously not intended to be taken as reality/a legit photo" so go for it (like marketers can put kittens in bubbles for an ad and it's fine because no reasonable person would think it was meant to be real, but I don't think editing/abusing people's photos or videos is conducive to the kind of forum/environment that bb.com wants to have. People ought to be able to post videos and photos without having other people fuk with them. I mean, this is a BODYBUILDING forum and site, as I am often reminded of, right?

Or, at the VERY least, anybody who is going to add cawks to the picture of another person, ought to use a picture or video that was posted on this sight AND the person doing the editing ought to have their own pictures and videos up that are free game for others.
