I did notice that my form wasn't as good on Bent-over rows as last week. 20lb might have been too big of a jump, might have to drop the weight a little next week and focus strictly on form. I'm just happy to have hit 200lb on bench press...as sad as that is

Nice workout and congrats on the 200 mark on the bench! I can still remember the first time I hit 205. Its an awesome achievement.

Half a cup of coffee and 1 scoop of AH, By far my favorite combination!
Comment: I didn't do as well as I had hoped. Went up in a few reps than last week but nothing remarkable. I think that I'm going to keep my next few workouts pretty mellow. On the second set of deadliest, my lower back was killing me. I'm thinking it was because I didn't take a rest day after yesterday, which worked my lower back quite a bit.
Feels like I'm going to my interview looking like this haha

Post workout: 10oz of water, 2 scoops of AH and 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter! Kept the weight up a little more this week, so I was pretty happy with that. Definitely feel like I do better with afternoon workouts though.

Crazy workout man.. gettin it in!! Ive never tried tri ext w/ an easy bar.. how do you feel it is as opposed to using a DB?
Thanks, I actually like it better with the ez-bar. I noticed that my elbows didn't get as sore using the ez-bar compared to DB. The main reason that I switched is that the DBs at my gym only go up to 75, so I knew that eventually I would need to switch to ez-bar anyways; figured I might as well start using the ez-bar.

Spider Curls! Thats awesome. Just have to keep it together when members of the gym try to be helpful, and inform you of the correct way to use the preacher curl seat.

I feel great today, Really think that the AH is helping with my quick recovery and decreased soreness. Had 2 scoops with 10oz of water. I did switch up my workout a little bit, switched out Skull Crushers for JM Press as Mtownballer20 suggested. It helped a lot, my elbows feels great after the workout compared to the normal soreness immediately after. Thanks for the suggestion!

Got back the Apt with my legs wobbling pretty good haha, made Shake with 10oz water and 2 scoops of AH then realized left my Ipod at the gym X_X had to walk back to the gym … at least I got another 1/2 mile into my workout! Legs are feeling great even though I didn't hit any PRs!
