    my pwo meal (typically 1hr before hand) is a turkey sandwich with a small bit of dorritos, or a chicken breast with some brown rice/veggies. or last night took a chicken breast chopped it up put it in some lavash bread with some tzaniki and some guac

    i don't tend to eat too close to a workout, it makes me feel bloated. i tend to eat a couple of hours before the gym with chicken, rich and what ever vegetables i have around. post workout i have my protein shake right away and after getting home about 30 mins later ill have a pretty balanced meal usually involving meat, potatoes/rice/pasta and some more mixed vegetables.

    Doesn't matter OP, personal preference. I like to eat a bowl of oats and maybe a couple hard boiled eggs about an hour and half to two hours before and post I eat whatever I'm in the mood for down in the cafeteria...usually grilled chicken, rice and a piece of pizza or a PBJ sandwich. I eat what I can, when I can, to climb my way up to ~3300.
