Daily, I have a meal of about 90 grams protein, 40g fats, and about 50g carbs postworkout. No change here from 6 meals of 30g in the past.

Then use the 'search' function first, and stop asking common forum questions that have been asked a million times already. If that's too much of a stretch for you, be prepared take what you get. This is an open forum on the interwebz, and as such, is populated by all manner of individuals, some more direct than others.
I don't know, or care, if that's either right or wrong; it just 'is.'No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Why are more people (who aren't involved in the discussion and aren't contributing anything) now chiming in with 'YOU SHOULD HAVE SEARCHED THIS WE'RE RIGHT TO BE ANGRY YOU'RE A DICKHEAD'? I get it, but I'd looked into this before, I'd searched, I'd read up, but was presented with conflicting viewpoints, hence wanting them cleared up. Plus I wanted to know if there was any connection between protein and fat gain - again, didn't think there was but I was covering all possibilities. I'll search in future and, if not sure, I'll just guess, if only to avoid the OUTRAGE caused by making a new thread (which isn't even a big deal).
There is nothing wrong with what you asked. If people get annoyed with being asked the same questions over and over again then they are in the wrong place. This is a forum open for discussion.
omg it is
OP you dun goof'd
Last time I checked, WonderPug was never douchy nor patronizing.
But yeah, the replies here have backed up what I already suspected but wasn't completely sure of. On the plus side, I won't end up asking this question again.
