Taste: 8/10
I got the lemon drop flavor and I have to say it is VERY tasty. I give it an 8 simply because it does have a slight after taste but its not overpowering and its not too sweet as long as you use enough water.
Mixability: 10/10
You wont have an issue with mixing this product at all as long as you shake it/ or stir it for a minute. Nothing floats to the bottom and it really is the easiest PWO to mix AND ( heres the best part) it mixes perfectly even in ice cold water.
Energy: 8/10
This is a stimulant free pre-workout so its not going to JACK YOU UP but it will give you a boost that keeps going through out the workout. Almost every PWO I have ever tried wears off in about 30-45 minutes but hemavol keeps going until your done and its clean energy, I find it almost refreshing, Like you just woke up from a great nights sleep and your awake and ready to kill the day.
Pumps: 10/10
This is my favorite part of this PWO, This is the reason that I will continue to buy this product. EVERY pre-workout or "pump" product that I have ever tried loses its potency over time ( usually in about 2 weeks), Not hemavol, OH NOOOO it feels like the first time EVERY TIME. I got a skin splitting pump guaranteed every workout and I was keeping my calories low when using it ( which usually means I cant get a pump for the life of me)
Price: 12/10
I've found this product for as low as 19.95 and honestly I've paid double that for a stimmed up preworkout that stops working after 2 weeks so this is a WIN/WIN for everyone since you wont need to jack up the dosing and it comes with 32 servings. Best price for something that works.

Compete tastes AMAZING. It is at the very top of my list when it comes to intra workouts that taste good. I dont want to have to choke down my intra-workout between sets and with compete you find yourself guzzling it down. I found myself drinking it throughout the day rather than waiting until I workout.
mixability:10/10
You shake or stir it once or twice and ITS DONE. Literally I put a scoop into my water bottle and it just dissolves, it doesnt matter the temperature of the liquid. It leaves ZERO residue at the bottom of the bottle or shaker cup and it has zero aftertaste.
Energy:9/10
This is the first intra-workout that if I forgot to bring it to the gym that day I knew it. It keeps you feeling strong and it really helps with fatigue between sets. If for no other reason than the extra boost it gives you I would buy it again for this reason.
Recovery: 8/10
After an intense leg day I usually have to walk like a grandma for a week but with compete the soreness is gone within a day. Its not a miracle supplement but it helps ALOT with recovery. The only thing that really made me sore was a hardcore leg day or an intense back day. My arms, chest, and shoulders were never sore though so thats a huge plus.
Price:10/10
50 servings for 30 dollars, that sounds like a great deal to me. Once you try this product you would be willing to pay a good deal more for it.
All in all I loved my compete/hema stack and Iforce has a loyal customer in me FOR LIFE!!!
