FYI Winners-
From Mike @ Cellucor
I have an issue where I cannot send out any promotional product to International customers. This started about 3 months ago, especially with Canada and Australia. I may be able to send some sort of apparel, and or non-product package out. I wasn't aware there would be international applicants in the contest, that was my fault for not expressing this originally. I simply have just made all of my promos over the last 6 months US resident only
Let me know what you think would work out to not disappoint the winners. Simply, their countries customs chose to reject all packages from Cellucor containing product that ships directly from us, I could send them to a US residence, but I have to wipe my hands clean as to how they get to the winners ( catch my drift? lol)
Rock on,
Mike U.
ps - We have no access to a Canadian Compliant version of C4, D4, Thermal Shock, from our HQ in Texas.
THIS AFFECTS 4 OF THE WINNERS!
If you have someone in the US the package could go to, PM me the info. If you would rather get apparell sent to you PM me that info also.Last edited by Free Weight Friedel; 01-23-2013 at 09:41 AM.

Same customs restrictions apply, but far less chance of them checking the package.
You would have to put it in a new box (if the box is marked with Cellucor) and probably make something up as to the contents.
Is it illegal? Eh, sort of. It's Canadian customs (for instance) that has the restriction for import, not a US restriction on export. So technically their law doesn't apply to you. You're just a dude trying to mail a package. So if Canada inspects it, they could refuse it, but their not going to try to get some international warrant on you or anything, lol. The person waiting for the package will probably get a letter saying customs seized it, and that will be that.
But the lying on the customs form is where you can get nailed. I believe minimum fine is $500, max is $5000.
Other factors: http://voices.yahoo.com/the-dangers-...s-6958706.html
Now I'm not trying to scare anyone (though as a federal law enforcement officer I can't encourage it either LOL), but I've never heard of a single person getting in trouble for this (at least for minor things like this; importing vehicles, large quantities of drugs, etc are obviously a different story), so your odds are good but they're still odds nonetheless.
