- 2 egg whites
- 30g oats
- 30g strawberry whey protein

hey mate! there seems quite alot of egg there tbh, id take out the egg whites and replace the liquid with a splash of milk or which will really keep it moist is some applesauce, cooked sweet potato/pumpkin etc! im going to try yoghurt in place of fats completely 2moro and see how i get on, in my head it sounds like it should work lol also what i find always helps is dont cook it till its set! keep it a little runny in the middle and this makes it "self sauce" which is quite lovely
