So I need to lose about 5-7% body fat in ten and a half weeks, and I've been trying my hand at carb cycling, but not sure if I like it, yet. I looked in the mirror today and my abs looked nice, yeah, but they definitely were not as cut as they were a few days ago. Yesterday was my high training day (legs), so I consumed a **** ton of carbs, and today is a rest day, so high fats and protein. Does anyone have any other tips or diets I can try to see really good results? I'm 5'7, 170 lbs, 19 y.o. I need to do this while holding onto as much muscle as possible, too. Thoughts on what helped you?
