There were no 35´s or 33´s at my gym until recently. There were plenty 25´s and 10´s so I did not complain.
The 35´s came about 2 months ago but there aren´t many of them, the Brand is different and they look pretty new to me.
One thing I noticed about this brand though is that they look smaller than regular disks, either 45´s, 25´s or 10´s.
I live in Mexico by the way.

We've got a pair of the hard rubber 35s to go along with the old Smith Machine. But the much newer flat/incline/decline benches don't have any, just a ton of 25s and only 8, 45s (sometimes a real problem).

None at my gym, except a pair of 35# bumper plates in the set of bumpers.
No need for them...just one more thing to be mixed up and disorganized and have to sort through in all the racks of weights. My starting strength, etc. log:, currently cutting on TM: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143963661

I didn't even knew there were 100 pounders. Obviously, they don't have them in my gym. But I would like to get up to the point where I could make use of those.
Interesting how much variation there is even within a chain. Gold's in Puerto Rico had lots and lots of weights, including 35s, but nothing over 45. Still, one never needed to hunt for a weight. But what shocked me was they had no power rack/cage and no decline bench.Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!

We only have SOME 35s, but not a whole lot.
Lots of 45, 25, 10, 5, and 2.5. But for whatever the reason we only have 10% as much 35 as we do 45.
I can count the number of 35s we have with my fingers and toes.
The owner recently bought chains and bands, though. He's also gonna get more platforms. He wants to attract more hardcore lifters cuz we lost lots of business to planet fitness. This above all..

I use two gyms and they both have them. What I'm wondering is what in the hell are the 2.5lbs "plates" for?
It's 80% diet, 20% workout and 100% in the mind.
If you can read or carry on a conversation, you ain't working out.
To be different the only thing you have to do is stand fast when the herd moves.
Parking your s**t on a bench ain't the same thing as using it!

I have a membership at two different gyms. One does the other doesn't.
We all have our good days and our bad ones. What separates us is those who can turn a bad day into a good one...
When your not training or running just know no matter what some place someone is doing one more set or one more mile. Stay motivated!!!
