Define War. We considering Nukes? Then UK wins. If not Nukes then probably stalemate with UK and Germany. Germany better economy but no Navy while UK has the world's second strongest Navy, so UK should be able to sustain itself. Without Nukes UK never beats Germany on European soil.

Russia runs over everyone in either scenario. Way too many Nukes. If Nukes are thrown out then Russia's massive size overwhelms everyone else.

If conflict ever comes, those three countries will be on the same camp, under the umbrella of NATO (American) protection.

Right now, Russia does not have a military alliance equivalent to NATO to ever challenge any country west of the Ural mountains.

NOt to be condescending and generalise the french, but as they are notoriously chit in wartime I don't think they'd last. This, and the fact they are now a far left/socialist state, and would probably do anything not to resort to war. Francois Hollande would not be willing to send his army out on the offensive and would take an extremely defensive position, which geographically speaking is daft considering France borders Germany,Spain,Italy,Switzerland and is a very short distance from the UK.
