Post what grinds your gears here. I'm hoping Psychodiver, Lvisaa, and JasonDB help me represent the all grumpy team well in this thread. I'm hoping Ven shows up, too. I think a lot of things grind his gears.
You know what grinds my gears? When people say "Really?!" to something out of the ordinary or something that they disagree with.
For example:
Girlfriend: "My sister and I were supposed to go to see (insert gay play or some sh!t here) but she ditched me at the last minute to go out with her boyfriend. Really, Lisa, really?!"
And that's what grinds my gears.

When an employee (especially a manager) walks right by you and doesn't even smile....don't need to always say hi how is your day, can i help you, but a smile ...... If I was a customer service manager I would fire so many worthless employees.

When non NutMisc regulars turn up and post in one of our threads like it's a public forum or something.

The gym I go to is part of a community centre I have been going too for the past ~15 years. It's very small but it's cheap, local and all the staff know me - some even used to watch me in day care when I was little.
Because of the size, it can only situate one power rack.
My current full body workout calls for squats, deadlifts, BB rows, BB OHP and BB shrugs on the same day - all of which are most convenient to do in the power rack.
I specifically split my workout up or carry bars/plates all the way to the other side of the gym and setup there so I'm not hogging it for the entire duration of my workout - that's just common courtesy given the situation I'm in.
What really fuking rustles my jimmies beyond belief is when people;
-Completely nullify the lengths I go to to free up the power rack by doing 10-15 sets of upright rows, BB curls, shrugs, etc. in there once I leave it free for others
-Just kind of float around the gym with no real goal or purpose, see a free power rack, and decide to fuk around in it for 20 minutes and deny people who are actually serious about training the chance to use it
Also the other night, one PT came up to me after my 1x5 set of deadlifts and told me to put the weight down lightly because we're above a childcare centre (same one I attended as a kid many years ago)... it was 9pm. Fuking idiot.

When you are driving the speed limit or faster in the left lane on a 4 lane road, and someone decides to pull out onto the road in front of you instead of the wide open right lane, forcing you to slam on your brakes and swerve around them.
Or people that pull out in front of you because they can't wait a 1/2 more second, despite the fact there is NO ONE behind you, and then they turn off in less than 1 mile down the road.
First of all, its just freaking inconsiderate.
Second, its an illegal turn here to pull into the far lane and not the closest one first.
Third, especially with the poor weather here lately, they are risking theirs and your lives by doing something so stupid.
People like that make me want to drive an old truck with a snow plow on the front, so I can just smack them off the road and never slow down. There is no spoon.

Feet draggers or slow walkers (or people who are slow walkers because they drag their feet). I ****ing hate feet draggers. You are a capable, young individual who can walk with a decent amount of speed, so why do you have to drag your damn feet? Maybe sloths are a popular and people want to move as fast as them? Who knows.
The worst offender? People who excessively use the word "like." For example: "So, I was, like, going out the door and, like, I saw Brendbro there and, like, he was totally looking, like, sexy." Jesus ****. Public transportation is the worst for this because you have your degenerate female teenagers on there but apparently it seeps into the academic setting, too. Ok, so, we're in a 4th year honours class and you have the verbal skills of a two year old? Ok. Get out.
This.
I do this a lot in grocery stores because someone might stand back so they can see the entire shelf and I'll be temporarily blocking their view when I go infront of them.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

Yes, yes, feet draggers are awful. On a similar note, people (men bother me more than women) who wear sandals and kind of shuffle their feet or slide as they walk. Pick up your damn feet. I don't need to hear the fuking sole of your sandal sliding on the floor. Besides, if you're allegedly a guy, why are you wearing sandals in public? Nobody wants to see your filthy feet.

It grinds my gears when half squatters tell me I should stop going so low on my squats because it's bad for my knees.
