I mix protein half and half also. I like both products so far. I went to the gym 6 hours earlier today, so basically I hadn't ate in 10 hours. I noticed the pumps a lot more afterwards when I had some oatmeal and a shake. I had a bicep pump just sitting at the computer while drinking the combo preworkout. Anyway, so far so good.

I wish you would of signed up for the log brotha!! You would of loved this stuff....dead srs it's that good.
Sounds good so far. I just am always skeptic of buying supplements based on some users reviews. I trust your reviews though and believe you give a non biased judged opinion of the supplement. Very rare to find users like that on here.

Those are my Pre-workouts and intra-workouts bro lol.
I take 2 scoops of the Anabolic Halo with half water and half milk in my shaker bottle. I think the 2 scoop range is ideal for me because it is how I naturally would use the product in order to meet my macros for my diet. I will start adding Post-workout in my workout routine so I don't confuse people!! lolFree Agent

Great Start to your Log, I was also selected for Halo, got mine in on the 16th and plan on starting it After this evening's workout. I will be starting my log later this evening. I'm stoked and glad to hear NO GI problems, that is one of my first big tests, I'm Lactose intollerant so I use Water usually (or Lactose free milk) but first time I always try to see if I need to take my Lactase enzyme..

Haha yep I think we do. Right now I am still going to Wayne but this is my last semester there before I go to a 4 year. Not sure which one I want to switch to yet.
Yeah it goes down really good man. Like I usually will have GI problems with some other brand proteins when I mix them with half water and milk. Sorry to hear about you being lactose intolerant :/.

I have never tried doing that... I think I would throw up if I drank any protein intra workout lol.
My macros right now are basically 40/40/20
First 40 is the protein, second is the carbohydrates and the 20 is fats
I normally try to keep a 1:1 ratio between protein and carbohydrates.
What does your macros look like bro?

Yeah, I don't think I could do it either. Looking for a good intra though.
I've got a week left of a "clean bulk" where I'm doing 35/45/20. Gonna do a 4 week mini cut of 50/25/25 before heading to Columbus for fun at the Arnold. When I get back, it's time to work on some mass and strength. I like the idea of a lean muscle shake! Interesting to do the half milk, half water to mix. I like it.advertising not permitted

Give Amino Recovery a try from BB.com's platinum series dude. Buy watermelon it taste really good. If you don't like that I can send you some samples from my supplement stash. I really like the Muscle Builder that Team SES makes. No GI problems and doesn't make me burp constantly during my workout. Taste is amazing as well!!

Unfortunately, It's true. I got to Akron 15 minutes early on Thursday for my class and it took me 20 mins to find parking, so I was late. It's like an epidemic of freshmen. I totally recommend keeping emergency meter parking quarters in your car just in case. So you don't have to go through the trouble of being late, or getting there like 30 mins early to find a spot. I'm debating on transferring to Kent, but it's not as great of a technical school as Akron.

Friday: Chest and Triceps
Pre-workout: 1 1/2 scoop of SES Fruit punch flavor
Intra-workout: 1 scoop of Muscle Builder fruit punch flavor
Post-workout: 2 scoops of Anabolic Halo with half water and half milk in a shaker bottle.
Barbell Bench Press:
1x 135lb warm up
2x 205lb 10, 9 rep
1x 225lb 6
1x 45lb plate + 20b chains = 180lb 14 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press:
2x 70lb 8-12 reps each set
Incline Dumbbell Flies:
2x 40lb 10-15 reps (slow and controlled)
Flat Dumbbell Flies:
2x 40lb 10-15 reps (slow and controlled)
Decline Bench:
2x 185lb 10-15 reps (Decided to give these a try since I haven't done them in a long time.)
Rope Pull Downs:
