I dont know Bally's trainer said he can hit 225 11-12 reps and can only get 275 I can only hit 225 8x on a good day.
yeah my max is kinda weak though i think you could hit 275 if you rep 225 for a good 8 reps (full ROM, at tempo) i havent maxed in about 6 months though... post up what it is when you find out. (assuming you try)

You are more then likely very close. With that said, unless you do max rep workouts once in awhile, it will more then likely be lower. I have known lifters that could do 8 reps with 260, yet the first time they try max, it is closer to 285#. But 250x8 should give about a 310# max. It all depends on what your mind and body is acustom to.
