I understand...maybe we just clashed on what we perceived as "important" out of that. Me? Was totally wrapped up in why Roberts chose to land where he did. With his pedigree....it was more than interesting to me.

Basically, he fell on the side of the "it's a tax" argument, when that very argument was vehemently denied, its onset, by the very parties that first presented it...and quickly realized that that was a bad way to appropriately present the bill. They changed legal angles to prevail...which I thought would never work!
