The off handed reference to the health care act was a very small component of my skepticism as it pertains to the courts; a skepticism I've held rather intensely since the Patriot Act came to pass, though I freely admit that was more a function of my naivety up to that point in time and less of one of the court changing.

edit: Along those lines though, Roberts is one person. I suppose I can't fault the libs for being libs if my game is to split the court along those lines, but it's not.
